Salamat.. An online radio station directed to Egyptians abroad, and is the spokesperson for the General Union of Egyptians Abroad, which is concerned with the affairs of Egyptians abroad.
Salamat is managed by a group of amateur Egyptians from all over the world with the aim of bridging the gap between expatriates and residents abroad, as well as to learn about national projects in Egypt and the state's policy aimed at achieving development and stability.
Salamat aims in general to enhance national and cultural identity and national belonging. Its main objectives include:
1. Spreading Egypt's national culture and seeks to educate citizens about the history and culture of the country through programs that address heritage, literature and traditions.
